Subaru says: "Subaru of America, Inc., announced today all owners of Subaru Solterra models now have easier access to more than 25,000 Tesla Superchargers across North America for convenient and fast charging."
Tesla's rule: “Supercharging is only accessible for NACS-equipped vehicles and CCS1-equipped vehicles with an NACS DC adapter provided by Tesla or your vehicle’s manufacturer. For safety reasons, using third-party adapters is prohibited.” Tesla Support

For a Supercharger use only the DC adapter from Subaru or Tesla, as above. These Level 2 adapters are for slower AC charging: Tesla Wall Connectors and destination chargers for a CCS1 car, public J1772 stations for a NACS car.
