The rear passenger seatbelt catches in the recoil mechanism and is fraying. Chrysler said it is a wear and tear issue and that we are responsible for the entire cost of replacing. It is catching INSIDE of the housing. This is not wear and tear. we seldom use this seatbelt for this very reason
