this has actually been a problem since I first got the car in 2015 but probably started happening in 2016. but it happens so intermittently that I hardly thought about it or figured it just needed a new battery. but I changed the battery and it is still happening where the car won't start. the visor won't close all the way and once when braking it cut my husband's forehead. if we get into an accident it could cut slice his forehead. my husband and children noticed this but I never did because I am shorter in the driver's seat. it's pretty dangerous that it won't lay flat against the headliner.
