My power lift gate closed unexpectedly and at a pace faster than usual. The lift gate came down on my head and compressed my neck. I have not tried the power lift gate again for fear of it breaking and not being able to be closed. The power lift gate has been sticking shut and not opening some times.

I was driving home on the freeway from picking my kids up from school and all the sudden there was a loud crashing noise and my head was slammed forward and when I looked back to calm down my kids, I see that the headrest had just snapped and pushed forward, slamming me in the head

The passenger seat belt does not retract. Also my passenger head rest just came out 1 day.
